Job Description
- Responsible for pre-season merchandise financial plans, category, and assortment analytics, flow planning, in-season financial forecasts, and promotional/markdown activity.
- Ensuring strong collaboration and alignment between pre-season plans and in-season actions.
- Driving business objectives, metrics and maximize sales and inventory management.
- Analyzing weekly sales achievement and support the team in strategy development to improve the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Key Accounts in developing the top-down merchandise financial plan.
- Develop the bottom-up merchandise financial plan and store assortment.
- Plan and analyse customers’ OTB budget and liaise with customers on merchandising plan and ensure that it is aligned with the brand’s growth strategies and direction.
- Stock Management – Work closely with customers to manage stocks in retail stores and warehouse, stock forecasting & allocation/ order and monitoring of incoming shipments and sales sell-in or out volume.
- Support and plan execution of in-season activities with customers which include repeat orders, markdowns & stock consolidation.
- Consistently monitoring the business through analytics and identifying actions to achieve the key performance metrics.
- Undertake tactical actions to hit KPIs which include sales target, sell in, sell through, and achieve optimal inventory level closing stocks.
- Plan merchandise list based on approved floor plan, give recommendation about the products to be display in store by Division/SKU and key launch.
- Assist in forecast profits/sales and yearly budgets planning.
- Being aware and informative on competitors' performance.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned
