- Position : Planning/Operations Assistant [Purchasing/Maintenance/Shipping]
- Location : Gul Circle
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 8am to 5:15pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + OT Payable + 14 Days Annual Leave (Up to 21 Days)

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle planned activities, e.g., planned repairs, retrofits, modernisation, and on-call activities
- Manage any purchasing needed for job execution. Verify that purchase requests are submitted without errors.
- Arrange sub-contracted services and equipment, including rentals
- Goods receiving for purchase requests
- Create service requests (SR) and work packages (WP) and assign them to field operatives
- Schedule and dispatch field operatives
- Manage all open jobs and their scheduling daily
- Review completed job costs including work hours, expenses, and materials before sending to invoice daily
- Other Ad-hoc activities as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience in related field
- Prior management experience and technical (electrical/mechanical) experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
