Our client is a highly reputable multinational cosmetics company, a manufacturer and marketer of various cosmetic products. They are seeking to hire a dynamic Senior FP&A Manager to join their team.
The Role
Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will be responsible for the financial performance of a business unit. You will be the financial business partner to the commercial teams, providing financial expertise and strategic guidance to help them achieve their objectives. This includes creating and managing the budget, analyzing financial performance, and providing recommendations to optimize profitability.
You will play a key role in various financial processes. Managing the monthly estimate process, analyzing data and projections to ensure accurate forecasts. You will also be responsible for the long-range financial plan and annual budget, working with commercial teams to create a plan that considers business drivers and stays within financial targets. Additionally, you will monitor expenses, prepare financial statements, and participate in various financial reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you'll have a Degree in Finance or Accounting or ACCA and a CPA/ CA with the following related experiences
- At least 8- 12 years of experience in P&L, FP&A or revenue analysis with strong experience in business partnering commercial teams.
- Proven experience with Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Strong working experience in industries such as FMCG, Retail, E-commerce and Travel retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
