Location: Buona Vista
1 Year Contract (Renewable/ Extendable subject to your performance and business needs)
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
Salary: $4,800 - $6,000 per month
Job Duties:
- Sense-make and support capability building needs of policy and planning officers and teams in the public service
- Partner stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate training programmes to ensure their continued relevance and effectiveness.
- Facilitation and moderation of programmes or events
- Develop compelling learning materials for both real-time and self-paced learning.
- Collaborate on research projects to inspire new ways of thinking and doing policy in the public service.
- Keep informed with local and international developments on effective and emerging policy tools for effective policymaking
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Learning and Development and/or policy work would be relevant.
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholder
- Strong ability in planning, implementing and evaluating programmes with minimal supervision
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills are a bonus
- Preferred to have at least a stint in public sector experience (i.e. ministries or statutory boards).
