- Administer full spectrum of HR processes and procedures including hiring and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagements
- Handle payroll and claims with administrative support and maintain employee records and databases.
- Evaluate the Company's procedures and associate with related industries and suggest changes to procedures and policies.
- Engage in HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices.
- Provide HR administration tasks such as work permit application, renewal, and cancellation, orientation for new recruits and leave and tax clearance and insurance management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of HR Functions experience.
- Knowledge in HR policies and insurance management for WMC/H&S.
