Accounts and HR Administrator

Accounts Department

Process invoices, receipts, and payments.

Monitor accounts to ensure timely collections and payments.

Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.

Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as needed.


HR Department

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes, and job applications.

Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process.

Prepare new employee files and maintain employee records in compliance with HR regulations.

Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
