As a Marketing Assistant at Linxx Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be on assisting social media campaigns, but you will also be involved in a wide range of marketing activities. Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Support:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Xiaohongshu).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and feedback, and engage with our online community.
- Help develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
2. Administrative Support:
- Coordinate and manage marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and contact lists.
- Handle administrative tasks related to marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
3. Content Creation:
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos for social media and other marketing channels.
4. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in analyzing market data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks, where necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Preferred, not must)
- Singapore citizen / Permanent resident
- Proven experience in successful marketing/social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices (Instagram/ TikTok/RED)
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity.
- Highly self-motivated team player who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
