Job Description
1. Serve as a Talent Acquisition professional responsible for and providing dedicated support for delivery of
end-to-end souring and recruitment activities to support client hiring plans.
2. Manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes including establish job requisition, source, screen,
interview, offer (post client decisions), hire and on-boarding of candidates for open client roles
across client’s demand plan/business.
3. Manage assigned volume of job requisitions (on average 10-20 at a time).
4. Collaborate/meet with Client Hiring Managers to gain clarify on hiring needs, specific job
requirements and target start date of job/candidate.
5. Partner with and build strong relationships with client Hiring Managers in client organization.
Meet on regular basis and provide coordinated updates throughout the recruiting process.
6. Actively communicate process and provide status to candidates, hiring managers and other
client stakeholders.
7. Provide regular updates to clients on recruiting activity status, job/candidate stages and status, time to
fill / hire results and progress to plan.
8. Manage assessment according to the position requirements, schedule and participate in interviews
or panel sessions.
9. Build and maintain relationship with candidates throughout the end-to-end recruiting cycle. Conduct
screens, calls, follow up calls, respond to and manage email responses as needed to assist with follow up
questions, candidate follow ups, next steps in process, etc.
10. Assess, prepare, and extend offer letters per client direction, review, and approval.
11. Maintain current market knowledge/expertise in various geographical recruitment trends.
12. Partner with client HR counterparts and leads to focus on client driven DE&I initiatives that may
be involved in client recruiting operations, where applicable.
13. Maintain focus on continuous improvement to drive delivery, quality, diversity, etc. improvements in the
recruiting process and overall recruiting service delivery.
14. Mentor junior TA/Recruiters on the TA Service Delivery Team.
15. Manage Accenture recruitment teams, where applicable. Provide team daily direction and support
to ensure hire/demand plans fulfilled.
16. Manage overall team delivery and output to client / contract expectations.
17. Manage regular client communications, service delivery performance reporting to client, and
support issue management and resolution.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Recruiting experience minimum of 5-7 years.
2. Must speak fluent English and Japanese
3. University level degree.
4. High proficiency skills required in: Talent Management; Candidate Assessments; Candidate Relationship
Management; Recruiting/HR Systems; HR Business Processes; HR Service Delivery; Communications;
Client Relationship Management; Team Management; Team Development & Coaching;
Project/Plan Management; Issue /Risk Management and Resolution. • HR experience and experience
with HR and Recruiting systems and tools.
