Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of insulation products, technical specifications, applications, and benefits.
- Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insulation solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and deliver technical presentations.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical seminars to showcase the features and advantages of insulation products to customers.
- Project Consultation: Provide technical guidance and support to customers during project planning, including product selection, installation techniques, and performance optimization.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to contribute to strategic business decisions.
- Training and Support: Train sales teams and customers on product features, applications, and best practices.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role in Oil & Gas industry or insulation products.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
