The role:
As a Briefing Coordinator for the Executive Briefing Program, you will play a crucial role in next-generation customer engagements alongside our client's most strategic partners. You will be responsible for executing in-person briefings at our Executive Briefing Centres (EBCs) and field briefings in the region. Collaborating closely with our global sales organization and partner marketing teams, you will help deliver the ultimate customer experience. This role will be 6 months contract initially, with a possibility to renew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute briefings, meetings, and events at the Executive Briefing Center, as well as off-site briefings at field locations, partner sites, and virtual or hybrid environments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for sales teams, customers, and partners for any "day-of" needs or changes during meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for customers, including ground transportation, dinners, sporting events, and other entertainment.
- Maintain and grow relationships with vendors and other stakeholders to continually enhance the customer experience (e.g., catering, AV/IT, local hotels, restaurants, transportation companies).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role or in marketing and event planning.
- Experience in client service, hospitality, meeting/events, or a related field with a professional presence and demeanor.
- Organised and resourceful.
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com.
- Experience with AV technology and troubleshooting.
