Responsibilities:
- Engage clients to manage expectations and secure buy-in for program participation.
- Offer tailored career consultancy, resume advice, and interview preparation.
- Develop and adjust action plans to overcome employment barriers and achieve job goals.
- Provide motivational support and regular follow-ups to ensure progress.
- Liaise with employers to understand their needs and match them with suitable candidates.
- Maintain knowledge of the local job market and industry trends.
- Offer support to new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and sustained employment.
- Ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality in line with PDPA guidelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in IT systems and customer service environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
