International JLV local law firm is seeking suitable Legal Secretary for Insurance and Reinsurance practice group.
Responsibilities
Perform full legal secretarial, PA and administrative support to Insurance team
Edit, markup, amend documents, formatting, pagination, presenting documents
Proofread, prepare large files, bundle of document, table of contents
Manage diary in maintaining appointments, conference and lunches, travel and accommodation.
Conduct online searches on ACRA, AML checks, electronic filing
Draft and engross bills, timesheets, expense claims, COR application with IRAS
Requirements
Min. 5 years legal secretarial/PA supporting international insurance and dispute resolution practices at foreign law firms.
Proficient with MS Office suite, DMS, CMS, Chrome River, imanage, Aderant, Expert Time is desirable
Excellent written and communication skill
Possess strong administrative abilities, proficient secretarial skills, adept at multitasking and accustomed to work effectively in fast-paced setting
9am to 6pm, upto 20 days annual leaves, medical/life insurance, dental and OT claimable
Hybrid work model
