What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
- Manage key controls within Identity and Access Management (IAM), such as Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Attestation and Dormancy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements.
- Drive the onboarding and integration of business applications and systems into the IAM toolset.
- Continuously review processes, conduct gap analysis, and identify opportunities for automation, streamlining and delayering of workflows to increase efficiencies within IAM operations.
- Conduct governance, quality analysis, and access monitoring activities including log reviews, leaver monitoring, and account and access remediations.
- Identify and evaluate risks in IAM processes, assist with the implementation of controls to mitigate risks, and recommend possible enhancements to internal controls.
- Develop, review, and maintain procedural documentations for all relevant applications and systems.
- Work with external vendors to automate IAM lifecycle management, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deploy bug fixes and enhancements.
- Support internal and external audit with factual findings as needed.
What we are looking for
We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team.
- Relevant experience in IAM, Risk and Governance and Information Security.
- Strong understanding of IAM best practices, lifecycle management, IAM policies, procedures and controls.
- Demonstrated experience with implementing IAM solutions such as Oracle, SailPoint, RSA, Okta, AWS, and Azure IAM.
- Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, SAML, OpenID.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including business analysis, requirements gathering, IAM quality assurance, UAT and IAM integrations.
- Ability to understand both business requirements as well as security and policy mandates to derive the best possible solutions and articulate issues/solutions to stakeholders efficiently.
- Proficiency in data analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, robotics tools like Blueprism, UiPath, with the ability to run SQL queries for management reporting.
- Certification in one or more of the following will be an added advantage: CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CCSP.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on 2-year full time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with potential for emplacement into permanent position.
