Working Hours: shift hour (8/12 hours)
Salary: up to $3200 per month + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and understanding caller needs.
- Provide timely, accurate, and appropriate information on healthcare services.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Handle hotline administrative functions like emails, referrals, and emergency activations.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved.
REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma and above
- Experience in call center will be added advantage
