Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. They are looking for a Temp Customer Service Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Represent our client, offering electricity plans and assisting with required services, while effectively engaging key stakeholders.
- Meet monthly performance goals and handle administrative tasks.
- Stay updated on market trends and identify opportunities and challenges.
- Support new projects and initiatives, and establish customer service quality benchmarks.
- Respond to inquiries through various channels, including walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
- Experience in B2C sales and customer relationship management, including cold calling.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and other customer service management tools is advantageous.
