Overview:
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Location: MacPherson, East Area, Singapore
- Compensation: Up to SGD 4,300 (Basic)
- Additional Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS, 13th Month Bonus)
- Travel Requirements: Rare occasions for overseas travel within SEA countries
Job Description:
- Merchandise Planning: Responsible for pre-season merchandise financial plans, category and assortment analytics, flow planning, in-season financial forecasts, and promotional/markdown activities.
- Alignment & Collaboration: Ensure strong collaboration and alignment between pre-season plans and in-season actions, driving business objectives and maximizing sales.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze weekly sales achievements and support strategy development to enhance business performance.
- Financial Planning: Support Key Accounts in developing top-down and bottom-up merchandise financial plans and store assortments.
- Stock Management: Work closely with customers on stock forecasting, allocation/orders, and monitoring of incoming shipments and sales volume.
- Execution of Activities: Plan and support in-season activities with customers, including repeat orders, markdowns, and stock consolidation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Consistently monitor business through analytics, identify actions to achieve key performance metrics, and undertake tactical actions to meet KPIs.
- Store Planning: Plan merchandise lists based on approved floor plans and recommend products for display by Division/SKU and key launches.
- Forecasting & Budget Planning: Assist in forecasting profits/sales and yearly budget planning.
- Competitor Monitoring: Stay informed on competitors' performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or Business Analytics.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in the sports, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
- Technical Skills: Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Power BI is beneficial.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced skills in numerical and quantitative analysis, with the ability to identify trends and turn data into actionable information.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and resolve issues with urgency.
- Travel: Ability to travel overseas.
