Roles & Responsibilties:
- ERP System Maintenance: Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, including troubleshooting issues, resolving technical glitches, and ensuring data integrity.
- Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize ERP processes and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience. Identify bottlenecks, streamline procedures, and implement best practices to maximize the system's potential.
- Engage Business Users in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
- Advise Business Users on SAP recommended processes and functions.
- Influence Business Users’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state and design target state SAP solutions for Business Users.
- Lead the Business Users teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration, and cutover.
- Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post cutover.
- Follow the agreed timeline set by the team leader and ensure no delay of assignment.
- Work closely with vendors and other team members to troubleshoot complex/interface issues and document solutions.
- Manage system incident tickets/service request to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Carry out root-cause analysis, contribute to knowledge base, and provide recommendations for continuous improvements to workflow, process, and technology.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Must have min 2 years S4/Hana experience (MM, PP, FI, CO)
- Experience within a Manufacturing Industry environment.
- Good to have experience in Reporting Tools (Power BI)
- Willing to travel if required.
