Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the medical and operations teams to determine the data and information needs
- Identify available and relevant datasets to address the data needs and make strategic recommendations on the data collection, integration, and use
- Mine, clean, and organise datasets from various sources, such as the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR), surveys, etc., ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Analyse and interpret datasets to identify trends, and patterns, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and improve performance
- Develop, maintain, and refine dashboards and scorecards to support data analysis and outcomes monitoring/reporting
- Prepare and present data findings and recommendations to the management and stakeholders
- Be well-versed and updated on Epic and other operational applications
- Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer, Section Heads and/or Head of Operations and Administration of the Centre.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or related disciplines with strong statistical modelling skills
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience with analytics tools e.g. SQL, Python, MS Excel (advanced), data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Proficient in extracting, cleaning, and interpreting complex data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions
- Possesses a can-do attitude and can work independently in ambiguous situations,
- Familiarity with the healthcare setting will be advantageous
- Those with more experience will be considered for more senior positions
