Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
· Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
· Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
· Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
2. Budget Management:
· Manage and oversee the annual budgeting process.
· Track and report on budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
3. Accounting and Compliance:
· Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
· Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax filings and audits.
· Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory financial statements.
4. Cash Flow Management:
· Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
· Optimize working capital and manage financial risks.
5. Stakeholder Management:
· Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
6. Team Leadership:
· Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
· Ensure the team’s alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or ACCA preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the blockchain or technology sector.
· Strong understanding of BTC mining pool operations and the cryptocurrency market.
· Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.
· Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
· Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
