Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all facets of the company's HR functions.
- Develop, execute, and assess HR policies and protocols.
- Manage payroll responsibilities.
- Strategize, enhance, and orchestrate HR policies and initiatives to align with company objectives and market dynamics for optimal effectiveness.
- Evaluate incentives, acknowledgments, benefits, and honors to incentivize top performance and retain valuable talent.
- Authorize and assess the entirety of recruitment processes, from selection to acceptance of offers.
- Collaborate with Department Heads to grasp hiring needs.
- Plan, organize and manage the full HR functions of the company.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent, showcasing profound expertise in Human Resources.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in HR
- 3 years experience in leadership
- Exhibit skills in influencing, negotiating, facilitating, and consulting.
- Display analytical prowess and strong systems thinking, perceiving the interplay between details and the broader perspective.
- Demonstrate a high emotional quotient, adept at interpreting non-verbal cues and adjusting approaches to foster consensus and garner support.
- Showcase adaptability to thrive in a swiftly evolving, dynamic work environment.
