About the Role:
As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in our supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include developing local supply chain resources, negotiating with suppliers, and managing day-to-day supplier interactions to ensure efficient procurement processes and strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage procurement activities within the Indian equipment supply chain.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with local suppliers.
- Conduct effective business negotiations to secure the best deals.
- Oversee daily management and coordination with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Machinery, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus!
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in negotiating within supply chain systems, especially for automated enterprises or customer-specific requirements.
