Job Summary:
As a key member of the Human Resources Shared Service (HRSS) team, you will be responsible for the full employee life cycle function for our external contractors and support the team to ensure that the business needs is met. You will also be required to work with multiple stakeholders across the organization and clients from various industries.

Key Responsibilities
Provision of HR shared services and support function which will include:
- Manage end to end employee life cycle tasks; including but not limited to pre-onboarding, pre-employment checks processes, onboarding, contract renewals and off-boarding
- Perform and update employee related data into HRIS system on timely basis
- Maintain up to date employee's personnel files
- Manage queries from employees and hiring managers, provide advice to
- Participation in HR projects such as process improvements with the objective of streamlining and standardization
- All other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree
- Preferably with CEI Certification
- Minimum 1-year experience in an HR administration support role
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail orientated
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
