- 8+ years of prior experience as a IT Program Manager in an enterprise software company with vast experience in solutioning and running programs for Service Now. Managing enterprise level software application development programs.
- Should have prior experience in Big BSS transformation or migration programs and should be able to provide optimal strategy / solution related to billing.
- Ability to dive into extremely complex, vague, and cross functional environments and map teams to plans.
- Strong facilitation, communication and influencing skills.
- Strong decision driving skills based on data and business benefit.
- Required: Stakeholder management, Influencing, Executive communication, mentoring junior program managers
- Should have prior experience in OSS and Billing Transformation programs including Amdocs billing.
- Strong experience in ETL, Informatica, Cloudera, SQL and Automation testing tools; Selenium, TOSCA, API Testing and others
- Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
