Duties & Responsibilities
Events and Campaign Management
● End-to-end events management for self-hosted and joint-events with partners (clients/non clients)
● Identify major ETH/DeFi events and conferences to attend/participate as exhibitor/sponsor/speaker
● Apply and secure speaker slots (moderator/panel speaker) for major events and conferences
● Organise and manage online events including twitter spaces, AMA, webinars and hackathons with partners and event organisers
● Prepare agenda topics, question flow and discussion points with speakers
● Campaign Management: Drive campaigns, activities, promos including Airdrops andGalxe for community push and TVL growth
Partnership and Product Marketing
● End-to-end project management for partnership integrations/product launches and announcement
● Organise co-marketing activities to drive engagement with partners, i.e. points farming, twitter spaces, campaigns, side events, etc
● Product Marketing Management: Full comms and social media marketing on announcements, launches, integrations, innovations
● Identify opportunities with product team to drive usage and volume
Community Engagement
● Organise activities to drive engagement with partners, i.e. identify trending topics or opportunities to re-tweet
● Maintain, grow and engage across various community channels: Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Linkedin, Debank
● Content management including copies and design coordination and maintaining and calendar schedule across all community channels
● Identify trending narratives and create interest and buzz on socials
● Organise campaigns and promotions to drive community interest, i.e. Social Galxe,airdrop, hackathon
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications
● 2-3 years experiences managing large scale events (including marketing, logisticsand venue sourcing), preferably experience in a fast-paced FinTech, Cloud or Web3startup
● Familiar with online events, particularly with Webinar tools and twitter spacecoordination
● Well verse in social media marketing, particularly in Twitter and remain updated inlatest tweet buzz and trending topics
● Effective project management skills - Ability to plan and launch project from A - Z(planning, executing, monitoring and evaluating)
