Position: Administrative Assistant


Salary: SGD 3200 - SGD 4500

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  2. Document Management: Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and security of information.
  3. Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff.
  4. Data Entry: Input and update information in company databases and systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the company.
  6. Support Services: Provide administrative support to various departments, including finance, HR, and operations, as needed.
  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and integrity.


Position Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. Experience in administrative roles within financial and engineering sectors, with a focus on meticulous document management and support services.
  3. Demonstrated ability to handle complex scheduling, data entry, and interdepartmental communication.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  6. Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain confidentiality.
  7. Total work experience of minimum 6 months, with relevant administrative experience in financial and engineering companies in China.
  8. Experience studying and working in Singapore, demonstrating an ability to adapt to different cultural environments.
  9. Open to domestic and international travel as required for business purposes.
