Work Time Profile
Monday to Friday, 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM
Saturday, 8.00 AM to 12.00 PM
Meal Break - 60-minute
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems under the guidance of experienced technicians
- Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and implementing corrective actions
- Learn to operate and maintain facility equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Support facility improvement projects by assisting in installations, repairs, and upgrades
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Document work activities, including maintenance procedures, inspections, and repairs
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of facility operations
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in building maintenance and facility operations
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills through on-the-job training
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (e.g., boxes of supplies)
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Experience with minor repairs and maintenance tasks is a plus
