- Develop and implement the ERP strategy aligned with the clients' organization's business goals.
- Provide leadership and direction for the ERP team, ensuring the successful delivery of ERP projects.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems for the clients.
- Ensure the ERP system supports business processes effectively and efficiently.
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and customizations as needed.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead ERP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related matters, addressing concerns and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to review system performance, discuss improvements, and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP system management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ERP systems
