Responsibilities
Staff recruitment & admin
1. Source for potentials & arrange interview based on identified needs
Issue Letter of Offer, conduct induction (also co-ordinating CoC, SMM briefings) & issuance of field tools and uniforms
2. See to staff training and benefits; file NS, levy waiver and all additional leave privileges
3. Co-ordinate yearly & staff performance appraisals and monitor leave system
4. Apply, renewal and issuance of all passes and work visa for factory engineers
Payroll & reports
5. run payroll system, input allowances & overtimes etc and distribute pay slips
6. Assist in HR budgeting & timely submission S20 report, monthly
Office admin
7. replenish office stationery, pantry and office supplies
8. purchase parking tickets and renew general insurances & tenancy contracts
9. collect mails, file Ben’s claims and organise birthdays & festive events
10. co-ordinate IT supports, monitor medical & safety shoe claims and attend management meeting
Covid19 & health matters
11. daily logging of all staffs’ temperature and arrange health check & early entry approval
12. arrange swab test for field staff & ensure SHN compliance for affected staff
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Studies/Administration/Management and equivalent.
- At least 3 years in a Human Resource roles and people management experiences.
- Must be familiar with CPF and MOM legislation like the Employment Act.
- Proficient in MS Office and OpenSoft Payroll System.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player, assertive and self-driven.
