Application Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Tenant Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new tenants onto our platform, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support throughout.
- Solution Provision: Offer tailored solutions to clients that align with product policies and utilize cutting-edge technologies, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying updated on the latest features and advancements to effectively guide clients and internal teams.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to tenants and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
- Development Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and enhancement of our products, leveraging your technical expertise to drive innovation.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation and training materials to support tenant onboarding and ongoing usage of our platform.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine processes related to tenant onboarding and support, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Analytical mind and strong problem-solving aptitude
- Experience in Automation Projects and/or Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Attention to detail and Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of programming/database/web langs (e.g. Python, SQL) and Biz Intelligence tools (Qlik)
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
