Roles & Responsibilities
The RTO shall undertake all necessary duties as required to fulfill his role and responsibilities, including those duties stated below:
(a) Conduct regular site inspections to monitor all progress work which includes reinstatement works and provide weekly progress reports.
(b) Ensure that all works comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
(c) Document and report any site deviations from the approved as-built plans.
(d) Maintain records of inspections, observations, and correspondence related to all works.
(e) Ensure that all works are completed within the targeted timeframe.
(f) Conduct final inspections to verify that all works have been completed satisfactorily and that the site has been restored to its original condition.
(g) Assist in the resolution of any disputes or claims related to all works.
(h) Liaise with the existing tenants for on-site inspection.
(i) Provide recommendations for improvements or modifications to reinstatement processes, as necessary.
Job Requirements
(a) accredited with the JAC(IES-ACES);
(b) to hold a qualification in Civil and Structural disciplines;
(c) have at least ten (10) years experience in supervision of Architectural, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and Softscape works;
(d) be well conversant in local legislation, regulations and codes;
