We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead our online retail operations and drive sales targets for our ecommerce platform. This role is pivotal in achieving our online revenue goals and enhancing the overall customer experience.
You will also -
- Own the P&L, sales targets, and customer experience of our online store.
- Monitor key KPIs and execute the best practice that drives traffic, conversion rates, orders, average order value, customer ratings, and NPS.
- Plan and manage the eCommerce marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that drive and deliver the highest ROI and contribute to sales growth.
- Drive and optimize online traffic conversion by owning product strategies, UI/UX experience, customer service, and delivery fulfillment.
- Oversee merchandising, logistics, pricing, and other supporting functions that help optimize online sales and customer experience.
- Implement enhancements to website navigation, checkout process, and customer service to optimize conversion rates and increase customer satisfaction.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting for tracking all major web performance KPIs.
We want to speak with you if you are / have –
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce with D2C brands including P&L responsibilities, conversion optimisation, lead generation, and customer experience.
- Expert in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and proficient at tactics in driving traffic and optimizing online conversion.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Able to work under stress and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
