Human Resource Executive
1. Administering and managing human resources plans for departments
2. Manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, development to offboarding Manpower forecasting
3. Work closely with different department leaders to provide HR advice on various aspects, i.e. manpower planning,
employee retention and employee relations
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation
of human capital
5. Spearheading personnel policies and procedures
6. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
7. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
8. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
9. Handling of foreign workers MOM related matters
10. Provide full support for IT related matters
11. Renewal of internal contracts with service providers
12. Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned
Requirements
1. Degree in any field
2. Keen learner, Self driven, and able to work independently
3. Comfort with multi-tasking independently in a deadline-driven environment
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
6. A positive attitude towards continued learning
7. High level of organization, attention to detail and time management skills
