Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our marketing and sales efforts, assisting with various tasks to help drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities.
· Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns).
· Assist with managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
· Coordinate and execute promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
· Assist the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments.
· Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate and relevant information.
· Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales departments, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding efforts.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· Previous experience in marketing, sales, or a related role is a plus.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media management platforms).
