With their ever-growing business, they are looking for a Property Executive to join their team.

· Provide facilities management services to client’s sites, managing camps that focus on Outdoor Adventures Activities
· Scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management through appointed sub-contractors
· Investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences
· Responsible for the coordination of meetings and events like logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices
· Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
If you are someone with the following, let’s chat!
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
· Diploma qualified, preferably in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Facilities Management
· Experience in Integrated Facilities Management / M&E is preferred
· Preferably possesses with Fire Safety Manager certification
· Having Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
Additional Information
· Working hours: Mon – Fri: 8:30am – 6pm, Alt Sat: 8:30am – 12:30pm
· Working location: Outward Bound Singapore
Required to take 7 minutes ferry to work location from Punggol Point Jetty
· 1 year contract
· Interview mode: Virtual interview, 2nd round @ OBS
· $50 handphone allowance
