Job description
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Ensure tables are clean and set up correctly for new guests.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the club.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and kitchen areas.
- Clear tables and remove used dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Job Requirement
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or club setting, is a plus.
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine and culture is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing outstanding guest service.
