Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly, assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions, handle cashiering duties, and prepare fruits as required.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration, supporting co-workers, fostering a positive work environment.
- Utilise proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations to meet the requirements of health & safety and hygiene protocol.
- Act in compliance to operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the F&B industry, understanding operational excellence.
- O level certification preferred, with proficiency in English and Chinese for customer communication and product knowledge understanding.
