Finance Executive
Job Grade: 3C
The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
§ Receive, verify and process vendors invoices and staff claims, liaise with both internal and external parties to clarify and/or resolve discrepancies, ensuring timely payment to vendors and disbursement to employees.
§ Handle daily finance operational matters, including entries posting for the invoices, staff claims, payments and intercompany billings.
§ Prepare weekly cashbook and monthly bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
§ Prepare month-end balance sheet schedules to support financial reporting and analysis.
§ Perform any financial and administrative support or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
