The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:
- Assist the Director of Marketing Communications / Department Head in maintaining a healthy relationship with internal and external customers.
- Support the Director of Marketing Communications in conceptualizing digital and social media plans and campaigns to reinforce the hotel’s online presence and increase followers.
- Provide marketing communications and administrative support to the Director of Marketing Communications / Department Head.
- Perform daily media tracking and ad-hoc media tracking, including weekly/monthly/bi-monthly magazines and publications.
- Assist to conduct media tours and supervise photoshoots and filming whenever necessary.
- Manage timely upkeep of media database and assist with media events.
- Preparation on reports and presentations
- Maintain contractual matters and process invoices.
- Preparation of press kits/ press releases for media events and media tours.
- Ensuring press kit information is comprehensive and kept up to date.
- Copywriting for promotional and hotel information.
- Assist with working with partners for promotional events for F&B, Spa etc
- Timely and accurate website updates on information and promotions.
- Preparation of monthly newsletters for database dissemination and in hotel
- Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.
