The role of R&M Officer (Processing) role is to perform and ensure timely and accurate set-up/maintenance of customers' profiles in e-banking platforms.
Expectation:
1. To ensure that cut off times and SLAs of various products are met
2. To ensure 100% accuracy and quality in tasks performed
3. Ensure handling of enquiries and updating of statuses of cases are timely and accurate.
Responsibilities:
1. Set up and maintain profiles of customers in various e-banking systems in accordance to forms submitted
2. Perform tagging of users as authorizers/administrators in system when required.
3. Handle enquiries & follow up
4. Update tracking spreadsheets
5. Perform Live verification of systems
6. Any other duties assigned in the course of work or rotation of duties
Requirements:
1. University graduate
2. Good communication skills
3. Good team player
4. Able to work independently, fast and accurate
5. Basic knowledge of PC and internet security
6. Microsoft word, access & excel skills
