Engineer
- Position: Supervisory Role
- Reporting To: Managing Director
- Salary: Up to 5k + VB
- Location: Tuas
- Transport: Company vehicle provided(covered the expenses)
- Working Hours: 5 days work – 830AM - 530PM
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To focus, plan and conduct regular meetings for daily activities such as scheduling for planned PM maintenance, overhaul, project support, breakdown, commissioning, of air compressor (stationary
and portable), air dryer and related products. To work closely with the operation team and sales team to manage flow of work order.
2. To work closely with the operation team and act as a stakeholder to sales team such as managing workflow of work order, investigate non-compliance, non-performance matters and ensure conformity.
3. To ensure all jobs are promptly close and open a job order/ job sheet after sales confirmation.
4. To manage and control inflow/ restock of spare parts and outgoing of spare parts by cross reference, OEM, replacement and original parts and submit for upkeeping data – stock check.

6. To support by attending all technical meetings, product training by principal, conduct classroom and site training for technicians /customers/ sales team, when necessary, with occasional traveling.
7. Provide ad hoc inspection of enquiries on technical support and to attend meetings with Sales Manager in quotations and/ or enquiries from customers when necessary.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance, overhaul, project support, breakdown, commissioning, of air compressor (stationary
and portable), air dryer and related products.
• Leadership experience
• Proactive, resourceful, able to work with and inspire team.
• Able to communicate effectively with OEMs, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Diploma /Degree in Engineering relavant discipline OR with Strong technical background (experience)
