Responsibilities:
- Sales strategy development: Work with senior management to develop and execute an overseas sales strategy to ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives and specificity for international markets.
- Overseas market development: Responsible for developing new overseas markets, finding and developing potential customers, and establishing long-term stable cooperative relations with them.
- Customer relationship maintenance: Maintain and develop existing overseas customer relationships, maintain good communication with customers, meet customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales reports and analysis: Provide sales reports and analysis data to management on a regular basis, evaluate sales performance and propose improvement strategies.
- International market trend analysis: tracking international market development trends and competitors, collecting relevant market intelligence, in order to develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Overseas sales experience: Have rich overseas sales experience, familiar with the sales process and business rules of the international market, and have the experience of successfully developing overseas markets and expanding market share.
- Cross-cultural communication skills: Good cross-cultural communication skills, able to understand and adapt to the business cultural differences in different countries and regions, effective communication and cooperation.
- Strategic planning ability: strategic planning and execution ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for international markets.
- Analytical ability: Ability to analyze overseas markets and competitors, identify sales opportunities and problems, and formulate response strategies accordingly.
