Roles & Responsibilities
Perform wide range of facial treatments to customers through excellent skill and customer service attitude
Provide professional recommendations to customers on the suitable products, treatments and packages based on skin types
Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities and treatment rooms
Handle customer queries and concerns as and when necessary
Trained by doctors and other trainers on latest treatment and products
Good career path as the Company has a culture to promote internally and most of the management were
groomed internally
Other ad hoc duties assigned by the outlet manager
Job Requirements:
ITE / WSQ certificate, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, and etc
Customer service oriented
Positive attitude, self-motivated and discipline individuals
