Position Summary:
Digipixel Pte Ltd, an award-winning branding consultancy firm, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Motion and Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate creative ideas into visually compelling graphics and animations. Objectives:
- To create high-quality graphics and motion designs for various digital platforms.
- To support the marketing and creative team with innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
- Develop motion graphics and animations for promotional videos, social media, and other digital content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Manage all stages of the creative process, from conceptualization to final execution.
- Ensure all graphics and animations adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate with clients and project strategists to understand the project brief clearly
Requirements:
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Proven portfolio showcasing design and motion graphics skills.
- Excellent communication in English and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
