Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platforms (voice and / or non-voice) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
- Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (high consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
- Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum A Level / Diploma
- Prior working experience in contact centre handling voice / non-voice channels
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
