Role : Human Resource Executive / HRBP
- Build a customer-centric culture committed to employee engagement excellence.
- Individual contributor role with focus on hard core employee engagement to ensure error-free execution of ongoing people processes such as payroll, leave administration, and onboarding/offboarding, HR engagement.
- Employee care life cycle management & hand-holding employees at all stages from post recruitment, onboarding, project engagement and offboarding.
- Champion the voice of the company to ensure employee welfare and wellness.
- Partner other functions within the People team on performance and engagement initiative.
Skills:
- At least three years’ experience in a HR function.
- Preferably, this will include experience in a growth-stage start-up, and prior experience in a HR generalist or non-HR function.
- Good understanding of Singapore labour law and the Employment Act.
- Must be willing to be out in the field to do employee engagement face to face (Not a role that needs to be on the desk)
- The ability to break down complex systems and processes into individual process flows and components
- A strong attention to detail paired with a commitment to operational excellence
- Confidence communicating to large, diverse audiences, spanning different functions and seniority levels
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to get buy-in from senior leadership
- IHRP-CP/SP certification is a definite plus
