Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate net new upsell revenue from existing customers.
  • Manage the renewal process for customers’ existing SaaS subscriptions.
  • Identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within your customer base.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to drive adoption and engagement within existing accounts.
  • Deliver training, analytics, insights, and best practices to Account Director teams under your management.
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers, presenting how our product suite can help them create winning strategies for the mobile market.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts.
  • Bridge the gap between product teams and customers, effectively managing expectations on feature requests and releases.
  • Actively participate in account planning and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with customers’ business goals.
  • Provide training to customers on the use of our products and services.
  • Share analytics, insights, and best practices to help customers maximize the value of our offerings.
  • Support Account Director teams with knowledge and strategies to drive success in their accounts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of generating upsell revenue and renewing SaaS subscriptions.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile market and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and bridge the gap between product teams and customers.
