Administrative Support

Axis Petrochem Pte. Ltd.

Our team is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive new Team member with a positive, vibrant and agile attitude. He/ She will be responsible of supporting the Sales Teams in APAC (Asia Pacific region) and the day-to-day operation of the main office.


Major Responsibilities

Provide quality frontline and backend administrative and logistic support to the Team

Proactively support the team to achieve performance target

Work collaboratively with the team and maintain the best standard of service

Attend to enquiries in a prompt and professional manner

In charge of handling and keeping track of logistic documentations

Ensure any escalation and follow up actions are taken accordingly in timely manner

Organise daily updates and progress on orders

Good management and tracking of various processing

Be on the ball to ensure the smooth running of process for the team

Resolve any impromptu troubleshooting in a positive manner

Build good rapport within the company, with third party vendors, clients and principals

Manage & liaise with various agents on operational processes

Maintain day-to-day operation processing

Update database, software management system, consolidate reports

Maintain proper documentation and filling


Qualification, Skills and Experience

Minimum Diploma qualification

At least 3 years experience in logistics and/or administrative duties

Self-driven, proactive, independent

Keen to learn, team player, positive attitude

Problem solver, eye for detail, adept in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organisational and time management skills

Proficient in MS Office

Requirements
