Our client is one of the well-known retail companies in Singapore. They are looking for Merchandise Admin to join their team!
Job Details:
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am -5.30pm
- Working Location: Serangoon (North- East area), with company transport provided at several MRT station
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in coordinate and liaise with retail outlets to ensure the adequate stock levels
- Assist in handling the procurement such as vendor communication and purchase order management.
- Responsible in preparation of the documents including sales and inventory reports
- Responsible for the administrative duties including filing, data entry and handle invoices
- Responsible in update and monitor the product database and catalogues accurately.
- Coordinate with the teams to support the merchandise planning and execution
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for pricing adjustments or promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and procurement.
- Assist in resolving issues related to shipping, invoicing, and order discrepancies.
Job Requirements:
- Min NiTEC in related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including Vlook Up and Pivot Table
