- Office located at Jurong East (3 mins walk from Jurong East MRT)
Administration - 70%
- Day to day administrative duties.
- Data entry, reporting and invoicing.
- Manage calendar and schedule of bookings.
- Update spreadsheets and prepare monthly reports.
Customer Support - 30%
- Supporting onsite health screening events on a project basis.
- Answering phone calls and taking appointment bookings and etc.
- Responding to Email and Whatsapp inquiries.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries, and feedback via phone calls, emails, and Whatsapp.
Job Requirements
- Min GCE A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
- Fluent in English (Conversational and Written)
- Previous admin & coordination experience is an advantage.
- Detailed-oriented and resourceful.
- Possess good organizational skills and time management.
- Customer centric with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel
