Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling documentation and presentations.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Update and maintain the CRM system with customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to support sales strategies and decision-making.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales-related documents and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
Sales Analytics:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Support the sales team with data analysis and insights to drive business growth.
Additional requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong problem-solving ability.
